Paid tiers are one-time purchases. Verified genuine prior paid credit is applied toward a higher tier. The app shows the amount due before you pay; for example, a paid Basic purchase with PHP 199 credit leaves PHP 400 due for Standard.
Bank transfer and owner review
Create the purchase request in the app and use the receiving bank QR shown for it. Pay the exact amount due in your bank app, then attach or share the receipt with EchoTally.
Payment approval is manual. The owner verifies received funds before approving paid access. A submitted receipt or payment reference is not proof of approval. Approval is not instant and no approval timeframe is promised here. Contact support if an order or receipt needs review.
Your account and recovery
Free works without sign-in. Paid purchases are linked to your Google account for Android. Check the account email in both the browser and app before confirming the link.
You can restore paid counter capacity free on another Android phone using the same Google account. Choose Restore Android purchase after linking that phone. This does not restore local counter data, history or saved trigger words.
Android and iOS purchases are separate. There is currently no iOS client and no cross-platform purchase entitlement.
Older purchases that were not linked to an account, lost installation credentials or separately paid histories can require owner review. Contact support instead of making another payment to attempt recovery.
Free counting and paid access
Free permits 100 positive tally actions per offline session, regardless of quantity per tally. Reset starts another session with 100 actions. Reconnecting to a verified internet connection also refills the allowance and allows unlimited online counting. Closing the app, Minus and Undo do not refill it. Paid plans have unlimited offline counting and no banner ads.
